碳化硅石墨坩埚

高原碳化硅坩埚采用目前国际最先进的等静压工艺一次成型，主要成分为特级碳化硅及其他优质元素，优化配比，有效成分分布均匀，结构密实，外壁特别喷涂光亮高温保护釉层，内壁喷涂防粘耐腐蚀层，经分段高温、精确控温、连续烧制而成。

本坩埚具有体积密度大、耐高温、传热快、使用寿命长、耐酸碱侵蚀、高温强度大、抗氧化性能高等特点。使用寿命是黏土石墨坩埚的3-5倍(普通黏土石墨坩埚至多使用3个月，高原碳化硅坩埚正常可使用6个月以上)，大大节省了企业成产成本(材料、人工、时间等)，降低工人劳动强度(省去频繁更换坩埚)，广泛应用于有色金属(特别是铝合金)的熔炼和铸造。 This crucible has the characteristics of large volume, high temperature resistancehigh heat transfer, long service life, high temperature resistance, high temperaturestrength and high oxidation resistance.
